Banyan Tree Holdings Limited ("The Group") delivered a strong performance for the half year ended 30 June 2026 ("1H26"), with Revenue increasing 14% to S$235.2 million and Operating Profit rising 30% to S$56.2 million, contributing to a 51% increase in PATMI to S$13.6 million. The strong performance was driven by higher revenue recognition from the Residences segment, while the Group's hotel operations remained resilient. Residences sales rose 38% year-on-year to S$172.6 million, supporting a healthy pipeline of unrecognised revenue and reinforcing the Group's positive outlook.

Our first-half performance reflects the strength of our diversified portfolio, strong brands, asset-right model and committed teams. Following our milestone 100th hotel opening and symbolic homecoming to Singapore last year, we will continue to pursue value-driven growth with discipline, expanding selectively while strengthening operational consistency, safeguarding brand integrity and maintaining financial prudence. In Indonesia, Homm Palembang Radial also opened in August as the Homm brand’s third property in the country, with Homm Pondok Indah Jakarta also scheduled to open later this year, alongside Angsana Bogor Gunung Geulis and Folio Bogor Padjajaran. In Vietnam, the Group is also preparing to welcome Garrya Danang - its first hotel in Da Nang and the Garrya brand’s second in the country.

In the branded residences segment, strong international demand drove further releases across the Bellaguna portfolio at Laguna Phuket in 1H26. Bellaguna Lake Residences introduced an additional block ahead of schedule, while Bellaguna Golf Residences launched a new building and its first one-bedroom collection. In July, Banyan Group Residences also unveiled Banyan Tree Beach Residences Varuna, a limited collection of eight beachfront townhomes.
